Application process
To apply for enrolment into the Certificate IV in Medical Practice Assisting:
- complete a Student EnrolmentForm for the Metro North Brisbane Medicare Local campus of Healthfirst Training
- ensure you nominate a payment method on page 1 of the application. (For more information about fees, see Fees and Funding).
- submit your Student Application Form by close of business on the appropriate closing date to:

Funding for employers
Australia Apprenticeship Incentives - Apprenticeship funding of up to $4,000 is available to the employer under certain criteria. To apply for this incentive please contact an Australian Apprenticeship Centre. Please note, the apprenticeship is only for the duration of the course and allows the student to maintain their current hourly wage.
